The staff was incredibly caring, making sure all our needs were met. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day, with a variety of jams to choose from. The hotel's convenient location near a tube station made it easy to explore the city. Plus, the complimentary internet was a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Montreal.

Had very very good stay for a business trip too. The room was tastefully decorated and brand-new with a comfortable bed and with smoke detectors for safety measures.

The continental breakfast served here is always warm and delicious.

The room was very beautiful with modern design. The included breakfast was amazing! Our stay was definitely worth the price and we will return to Le Germain again.

The valet parking was $25 per night and this was not disclosed to us until we were checking out. In addition, the hotel charged for local calls which I thought was silly.

Enjoyed our well-appointed and well laid out room with 2 beds and the French-style building. Its location in Montreal was magnificent and perfect, just off Wonderful to have a separate walk in closet. Furthermore, in downtown montreal.

The staff was excellent. The rooms were nicely furnished and mine was romantic with a king bed and a tub. The location was excellent and perfect - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

Cosy but small rooms. Cleanliness is absolutely fine. Staff friendly throughout (and English-speaking). Breakfast is local and all right.

The reception desk people were excellent.

The kitchen staff seemed unmotivated and confused. I had to ask a few times for hot water for tea. They seemed to lack training and/or supervision. The room itself was spacious, but the decoration was cheap and trying hard to be designy. Black floor and black ceiling make you feel you're in a coffin. It's an old properly recently renovated.
